Your local Telephone Engineer
Graham Done began his career in 1987, as a Technician in Training and during his first year he was buddied with experienced telecoms engineers and attended Shirehampton Technical College, Stone College in Warwickshire and BT College in Harrogate, Yorkshire. Learning basic line maintenance, installation and fault analysis and studying health and safety.
From 1988 Graham worked for 20+ years fully trained as a linesman, maintaining and installing telephone lines into business and domestic property.
Three things always stood out throughout Graham’s work: Customer Service, excellent workmanship and attention to detail.
Graham left the UK for several years, to work for a communications specialist in New Zealand. Before partnering with 2 other telecoms engineers to set up a telecoms infrastructure, focused on delivering wireless broadband to under-served areas throughout New Zealand.
On returning to the UK, Graham noticed Big Telecom companies offering poor customer service, unacceptably high prices and long waiting times.
In 2015 Graham founded Telecom Services Worcestershire offering people affordable telecom engineering services, great customer service and quick turnaround times.
Absolutely brilliant service and price also. I phoned Monday evening and Graham came the next day, moved and replaced my Broadband socket/cable to a better position…checked all was working and the price was excellent along with his advice and workmanship..100% Recommended!! THANKS Graham!!
My elderly mother lost all phone and WiFi, having tried to install a new router from BT. I live in another county. I found Mr Done easily, through his clear, attractive website and he was willing to visit my mother within a couple of hours of me ringing him. My mother tells me that he was polite and efficient and that he sorted out her phone and WiFi quickly. Well done and thank you Mr Done.
Fantastic service, Graham fitted a visit in at short notice and fixed my noisy line and broadband drop out problems. I feared that it was a rip out and rewire job but Graham systematically checked all connections, changed the master box and all was fixed. I have no problems recommending TSW to anyone. Many thanks.
